Today's mother's day and everyone is super duperdy busy, incliding myself. Not that im complaining or anything. I'd rather be busy than be mentally capable of thinking about some things.
Last night really sucked bad, I had some more problems with Jake. Which I hate dealing with. It gets me so aggrivated,sad, nervous, and urgh. I was talking to Alex and she told me something that she has kept in for about ....five-six months now. I was so pissed. I feel like everytime I'm the bad guy in every situation. I'm still confused about what she said. I still don't know if SHE LIKES Jake or if she was talking about BRIAN. *curses* I had to block her in msn,( sorry ALyXx, Still <3 you though..) i couldnt take anymore drama during that time, especially when I was calming down and Jake was finally realizing some things.
Yeah, so we semi-worked things out.. *reads alex's journal* I feel like you guys don't like him ..lol :/ I'm not sure if im laughing to make myself feel better now ;/ beh. I didn't sleep much lastnight, perhaps four hours at the most. ((again)). Beh...I'm not even hungry, this sucks ass.
My right year old cousin has a new laptop...*envies* Anyway, I get my new one soon. Plus dad wants to buy me a new car, im so excited :D. I'm going to visit Highlands University in New Mexico...fun. I didn't go in to work today, again. Erm, but they forced me to fo to ROP today, it was funny for like a second then yeah no. People are stupid, yeah. I don't feel like saying much about me right now. So lets see something that will keep me busy for a bit. AH I know.......
Today…today is our anniversary, the anniversary of Elizabeth and me, the night we met. I can still remember that night …..
…. there was a cloudless sky, the moon was full and brighter than usual. I was taking a stroll around to clear my head following a night of my usual indulgence. After I had wandered around for a bit I came across a subtle sweet scent in the light breeze flowing past me. I was compelled to follow the scent like a child to mischief. The scent lead me to a beauteous lady, her smooth hair ran down past her waist, it was shimmering under the moon's gaze. I was in awe of her green eyes as the wind changed its course and her jet black hair pinned back by a black velvet rose floated in the breeze.
There was a knock at my room door. "Come in" I said clearly. My sister opened the door, her walkman faintly pumping. She looked at me blankly before she muttered "Dinner's ready". Before I could say anything she had disappeared back into the shadows of the hallway. I pushed my chair away from the desk, stood up and started to walk down the hallway to the dining room. As I was walking I began to think about Elizabeth again, her deep green eyes, her heart warming smile, her look of innocence …..
As I watched her from the shadows I noticed a tear fall onto her dress. It was a long elegant purple velvet dress in the style that the King's current mistress seemed to favour. It draped over the garden seat that she was leaning back in. "You know, I can see you, standing over there in the shadows, behind the tree." her voice though low and clear, failed to distract me from my entranced gaze. She was trying to stand up when I said "I apologize for staring so, Madame, please forgive me."
Just thinking about Elizabeth brought a tear to my eye. I arrived at the dining room; the smell of roast filled the room as Alyssa, my sister, entered the room with roast beef, roast potatoes and roast carrots. Before sitting down at the table, I went down to the cellar to take out a bottle of white wine. After I had come back upstairs to the dining table I poured Alyssa and me some wine. "This roast looks quite rare, Alyssa". Alyssa glanced at me then looked back at the roast as she laid it down on the dining table and started to carve up the roast. I watched the blood trickle down the roast and onto the white dish. I was reminded of watching the crimson blood trickle down Elizabeth's pale throat …….
"I forgive you….please can you help me?" Incredulously I moved on silent feet to her side. While I helped Elizabeth to her feet, she turned to look up at the moon. The movement of her head allowed the bright moonlight to reveal the faint stream of blood trickle down her white throat. Involuntarily I gasped with horror as the realization of what had happened came to me. I knew that she had only moments to live, and suddenly I understood her tears.
One of the candles was blown out by a sudden gust of wind that seemed to have come in from the window like the memory of an omen. Alyssa started to serve up dinner as I stood up to re-light the candle. The familiar feeling of ennui washed over me as I realized yet again that it was Alyssa, not Elizabeth that I was sharing dinner with. I was irritated that Alyssa had decided to make it rare, indulging her taste for blood even though she knew that since Elizabeth, blood had begun to sicken me.
There was faint mocking laughter echoing through the trees. A callous whisper echoed on the breeze "You were delicious, Elizabeth". Despairingly I looked down just in time to see the last tremulous flutter of her breast. As she breathed her last breath I whispered "Curse this dreaded vampires blood, that flows through my veins timelessly". I unpinned the black velvet rose from her hair. Its lingering scent reminds me of her yet.
